There’s something truly special about breathing new life into a space while honoring the character of the home it belongs to. Luxury Tuscan bathroom renovation with freestanding bathtub, walk-in glass shower, natural stone walls, exposed ceiling beam, and custom wood vanity.

The existing bathroom was ready for a refresh, both aesthetically and functionally. By reimagining the layout, we created a spacious walk-in shower and replaced the outdated drop-in tub with a beautiful freestanding soaker bathtub complete with a striking waterfall tub filler. The result is a more open, inviting space designed for relaxation.

One of the most exciting moments of the renovation came during demolition. After removing the drop ceiling and soffits, we uncovered a beautiful structural wood beam that had been hidden for years. Exposing the beam instantly added architectural character while opening up views to the lofted ceiling and bringing a greater sense of volume to the room.

To capture the old-world charm of Tuscan design, we installed floor-to-ceiling stone on the side walls, showcasing the artistry and texture reminiscent of traditional stonemasonry. Layered lighting further enhances the atmosphere, with concealed LED illumination working alongside elegant sconces and delicate crystal-and-iron chandeliers to create a romantic, restorative ambiance.

The custom furniture-style vanity, crafted from solid cherry wood, anchors the space with rich warmth and timeless beauty. Topping it with a Venetian Cream leathered countertop provided the perfect finishing touch, beautifully complementing the natural stone and creating a cohesive, sophisticated palette.

The completed bathroom feels both luxurious and enduring—a serene retreat that reflects the beauty of the home while offering modern comfort for years to come.
